Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. The Herb & Crystal Shoppe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, natural events, and circumstances outside the control of The Herb & Crystal Shoppe may affect delivery times and are not eligible for refund or reimbursement.

Tracking information will be provided when available once orders have been processed and shipped.

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting orders within the timeframe provided after notification.
